She is so personable, her communication skills are top-notch, and she stays on top of everything needing to be accomplished in the real estate sale process. She assisted me beyond measure by coordinating the cleanup, renovation, and moving of personal property when I was not in town to handle those things. And all of this happened during 2020 and the COVID virus. Of everything I experienced with Maile as my selling agent, I can attest that she is a very special credit to her profession. I regret only one thing about our association - I never met Maile in person! I look forward to that happening in the near future.

While that didn’t work out, Brittany sent us to another site within the hour and made arrangements for the builder to walk us through. We really liked the house but weren’t ready to decide. Two weeks later we decided to put in a bid. Brittany helped us with some insights, which worked in our favor. Everything we did was long-distance including our settlement. Brittany was so responsive, even when I asked her for something more than once because I misplaced my email. She has such a cheery disposition and presented a caring but professional demeanor. I cannot imagine anyone else dealing with the frequency of changes to the agreement of sale and always being supportive and expeditious. We were happy with our transaction, and the support that Brittany provided. She knows her stuff and pays attention to detail. I highly recommend Brittany if you are looking to buy a home.
